We are pleased to welcome Filip to Born, where he has joined the firm as an Associate. Filip first became interested in Born following the formation of AGRD Partners. As he got to know the firm, he was particularly drawn to Born’s ambition to stay at the forefront of AI development and to actively embrace the changes and new opportunities that technology brings to the legal industry. “What has surprised me most since joining Born is how quickly you become part of the real work. From day one, I have been involved in ongoing matters and given genuine responsibility, while always having experienced colleagues close at hand who are happy to share their knowledge and expertise,” says Filip. Born has entered into a mutual cooperation agreement with Litigium Capital, a leading Nordic legal finance company, enabling Born to offer clients more flexible fee arrangements within dispute resolution. Through the collaboration, Litigium Capital may provide financing (Third Party Funding) for a portfolio of disputes handled by Born under full or partial success-based fee arrangements. The model offers clients greater flexibility and predictability regarding legal costs and enables the financial risk associated with dispute resolution to be shared. For Born, the collaboration is a natural step to further bolster its dispute resolution offer and to provide clients with alternative fee structures tailored to each specific case. “Clients increasingly expect both high-quality legal advice and greater flexibility in how legal services are structured and priced.
