Born has advised Aros Bostadsutveckling AB in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of building rights from Alm Equity AB. The purchase price for the portfolio amounts to SEK 1,465 million and will be paid through a combination of common shares, preference shares, and convertible bonds in Aros Bostadsutveckling AB. The agreement is conditional upon, among other things, shareholder approval and financing consent.
