Jan Öhgren has been at the firm since 2017 and works primarily with fund raisings, private placements and financing, including corporate bonds, as well as public M&A and with corporate law and regulatory matters related to these areas, including corporate governance and disclosure requirements.
Jan also has experience with IPOs and public takeover offers, both as offeror and as target, and he regularly assists clients with enquiries and petitions to the Swedish Securities Council as well as contacts with different stock exchanges. Jan is experienced in leading general meetings as chairman of the general meeting in both listed and unlisted companies.
