Born has acted as legal adviser to VO2 Cap Holding AB (publ) in connection with its acquisition of all shares in Livewrapped AB. The total purchase price for the shares amounts to up to approximately SEK 70.6 million and consists of a fixed part of SEK 25 million, plus net cash adjustment, and an earn-out of up to approximately SEK 40 million.
Of the fixed part, approximately SEK 10.6 million is to be paid in cash and approximately SEK 20 million in newly issued shares in VO2. Completion took place on 21 April 2022.
