Born has acted as legal advisor to the shareholders in Novier in connection with its divestment to Audria Group. Audria is owned by Fidelio and Pejoni, together with entrepreneurs and leaders in the portfolio companies. Novier becomes the fourth company to join the Audria platform, alongside Newsec, Avy and Sveaviken. Novier will continue to operate under its own brand and with its existing management team.
