The property comprises approximately 2,660 square metres, including 28 residential apartments with a total residential area of 1,988 square metres and 672 square metres of commercial space. The purchase price amounted to SEK 217.45 million.
The property is located at the corner of Karlavägen 73 and Jungfrugatan 29 and was constructed in 1883–1884.
