Born has advised Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB (publ) on the acquisition of a public property in Uppsala, with the Swedish Police Authority as the sole tenant. The seller is a Swedish private real estate company.
The acquisition was financed partly in cash and partly through the transfer of 354,610 own shares. The transaction aligns with Stenhus Fastigheter’s strategy to expand its portfolio of public and commercial properties in key growth regions across Sweden.
