Born has advised Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB on the acquisition of six operational properties from Bilia AB, comprising warehouse, light-industrial and logistics assets in Helsingborg, Malmö, Eskilstuna, Södertälje and Trollhättan.
The portfolio, acquired for approximately SEK 299 million before a market-based deferred tax adjustment, spans 19,064 sq.m. of lettable space and generates annual rent of around SEK 24 million, with an average lease duration of ten years. Bilia remains the primary tenant across all assets, which include a balanced mix of workshop, storage and retail spaces housing premium automotive brands such as Porsche, BMW and Toyota. The acquisition is part of Stenhus’s continued strategic expansion.
