Born has acted as legal adviser to Vincero Fastigheter in connection with the establishment of a joint venture with global real estate investment manager Hines.
As part of the transaction, Hines acquires a 50% stake in Vincero Fastigheter Holding AB, forming a long-term partnership focused on residential development in the Stockholm region.
The portfolio comprises approximately 3,200 residential development rights across Huddinge, Segeltorp and Ărnsberg, with an estimated completed market value exceeding SEK 10 billion.
Vincero Fastigheter will continue to be responsible for project development, planning and execution, while Hines contributes its international expertise and financial resources.
