Born has acted as legal adviser to Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB (publ) in connection with the divestment of 13 properties, carried out indirectly through a share transaction, at a total underlying property value of SEK 706 million, without deduction for deferred tax.
The properties comprise a lettable area of approximately 50,300 square metres and are located across eleven municipalities in Sweden. The buyer was Nyfosa AB.
