Born has acted as legal adviser to Torngrund Group AB in connection with the sale of a logistics centre project in Ludvika to Logistri Fastighets AB (publ). The transaction, structured as a forward funding arrangement, involves the development of two logistics buildings comprising approximately 103,000 m². Possession is expected in January 2026, with completion scheduled for early 2027. Upon completion, the buildings will be fully leased under a 15-year lease agreement. Torngrund’s subsidiary, Krafthus AB, will serve as the main contractor for the project. The agreed property value at signing amounts to SEK 1,254 million.
