Born Advokater has acted as legal advisor to Svensk FastighetsFinansiering AB (publ) in connection with two bond issues in February 2024, with a total issue proceeds of SEK 988,000,000, within the company’s MTN program. The bonds have a two-year term and are issued at a margin of 3-month Stibor + 1.35%. The bonds are secured with i.a. mortgages on properties and the issues were heavily oversubscribed.
