Born Advokater has represented the Hedin Bil Group in a commercial dispute with two foreign car dealers regarding the claim regarding the transfer of a large fleet of vehicles. After Hedin Bil’s claim was first approved by the Vänersborg district court, the verdict was appealed. In a judgment on February 16, 2024, the Court of Appeal for Western Sweden upheld Hedin Bil’s claim in all material respects.
