Born Advokater has assisted as legal counsel for Svensk FastighetsFinansiering AB (publ) (SFF) in connection with two issues of secured bonds in May, with at total issued amount of SEK 440 000 000.
The Issues were both made with liquidity date 10 May 2022, partly as an increase of an existing bond loan with due date 2024-03-11 of 322 MSEK, and partly as an increase of an existing bond loan with due date 2024-09-11 of 118 MSEK. The bonds are secured amongst others with pledged real estate and issued within SFFs secured MTN programme. SFF is jointly owned by av Catena AB, Diös Fastigheter AB, Fabege AB, Platzer Fastigheter Holding AB and Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
