Born Advokater assists LifeClean International AB (publ), whose shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, in directed issues of shares and convertible notes, totaling approximately SEK 9.5 million.
The issues are directed to a limited number of shareholders, and the company’s new CEO, and provide the company with financial means to expedite regulatory approvals and facilitate the recruitment of sales personnel.
