Born Advokater has successfully assisted LifeClean International AB (publ), whose shares are traded on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market, in a directed new issue of approximately SEK 28m before issue costs. The issue was decided by the company’s board as authorized by the annual general meeting.
The issue was directed to a number of professional investors and entails a dilution of 7.2% and provides the company with cash for its continued growth in PFAS remediation, which requires the strengthening of working capital and an expanded sales force. Eminova Partners Corporate Finance AB acted as financial advisor in the share issue.
