Born Advokater has acted as legal advisor to listed Catena AB (publ) when it took up a new credit facility of SEK 430 million in secured financing with a term of eight years.
The financing is linked to Catena’s SEK 862 million project in Jönköping, where the company is building a logistics facility with the goal of obtaining green certification according to BREEAM Excellent and also being the first large logistics facility to be certified according to Well Core, an international certification within social sustainability
