An issue of senior unsecured corporate bonds in Swedish kronor, with variable interest and a volume of up to SEK 1,500 million may take place subject to, among other things, prevailing market conditions. Investor meetings will be organized starting on June 26, 2023.
The potential issue proceeds are intended to be used to finance general corporate purposes, including acquisitions and investments.
