Born Advokater has acted as legal advisor to White Pearl Technology Group AB (“WPTG”) in connection with a voluntary public tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares in Ayima Group AB (publ) (“Ayima”). The consideration for the shares in Ayima consists of newly issued shares in WPTG.
The offer’s total value is approximately SEK 22.34 million, based on the closing price of WPTG’s stock on Nasdaq First North Growth Market on 19th February 2024. The acceptance period in the offer is expected to commence on or around 26th February 2024 and end on or around 26th March 2024.
