Born Advokater has represented Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB (publ) in connection with a mandatory public offer to the shareholders in Backaheden Fastighets AB (publ) (“Backaheden”) for acquiring all outstanding shares.
The offer entailed a cash remuneration, appraising Backaheden at approximately SEK 323 million. The acceptance period for the offer expired on October 13, 2023, and the offer has been announced completed by Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB (publ).
