Born Advokater has assisted Nischer Properties AB (publ), listed on Nordic SME at Nordic Growth Market, in connection with a rights issue of shares. The rights issue was oversubscribed, providing the company with a total of approximately SEK 26,5 million before deduction of costs related to the rights issue.
