Born Advokater has assisted ByggPartner Gruppen AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market, in connection with a rights issue of shares. The rights issue was oversubscribed, and in order to accommodate a large interest in the rights issue, the board in ByggPartner Gruppen AB (publ) resolved on a directed share issue of approximately SEK 20 million, providing the company with a total of approximately SEK 300 million before deduction of costs related to the rights issue and a set off. In connection with the rights issue, a prospectus has been published and approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
