Born Advokater has acted as legal advisor to Rocker AB (publ), and its majority shareholders, in connection with the sale of Rocker AB (publ) to Nordiska kreditmarknadsaktiebolaget (publ). Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in May or early June 2024 provided that all conditions are fulfilled.
