Born Advokater has acted as legal advisor to listed Catena AB (publ) in its directed new issue. Through the issue, the company issues 4,660,344 new shares and adds capital of SEK 2,097,000,000.
The issue proceeds are intended to be used for Catena’s future expansion through acquisition opportunities, ongoing development opportunities and project initiatives, including sustainable energy projects.
The issue was carried out through a so-called advanced book building procedure, and at a discount of approximately 2.3 percent in relation to the company’s share price. The issue entails a dilution effect of approximately 8.5 percent.
