Born Advokater has assisted Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB (publ) in the sale of 13 properties, indirectly through a joint venture, at a total underlying property value of SEK 706m without deduction for deferred tax. The properties comprise a rentable area of approximately 50,300 square meters and are located in eleven Swedish municipalities. The buyer was Nyfosa AB.
