Born Advokater has acted as legal advisor to listed Catena AB (publ) in its targeted share issue. The issue was decided by Catena’s board pursuant to authorization from the annual general meeting and took place through a so-called accelerated book building procedure, aimed at Swedish and international institutional investors.
The issue entails a dilution of approx. 9.1% and adds approx. SEK 1,642 million to the company, to be used for the company’s continued expansion through property acquisitions, new projects and to make investments in sustainable energy.
