The Swedish magazine FASTIGHETSvärlden has published its annual compilation of the law firms that were involved in the largest Swedish real estate transactions during the past year. The measurement covers completed real estate transactions and real estate financing during the period from 1 July 2021 up to and including June 30, 2022. The top list includes a total of 16 law firms, of which Born ranks no. 6 with a total underlying property volume of SEK 70.1 billion. Born Advokater, which was formed in December 2021, was the only newcomer to the list.
