Dan is primarily active within property law, such as rights of use (mainly commercial tenancy), planning issues, construction contract issues, etc. For more than 20 years, Dan has continuously assisted several of Sweden’s largest property owners, not least in rental disputes. Dan has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and has worked with property owners and in consulting organizations since the 1980s. Dan’s advice and counsel are directed primarily to the property owner side.
