Born Advokater has assisted Stenhus Fastigheter 1 AB in the acquisition of Garraway Estate AB, and thereby indirectly the properties Västerås Likströmmen 3, Eskilstuna Valhalla 2:33, Örebro Karossen 24 and Borlänge Islingby 22:318. The properties comprise a total lettable area of 12,704 square meters. The purchase price has been paid through a combination of bank loans, reverse and internally available funds as well as the issue of shares in Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB (publ).
