Born Advokater has assisted VO2 Cap Holding AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Borg & Owilli AB. The total purchase price for the shares amounts to a maximum of approximately SEK 117.5 million and consists of a fixed portion of approximately SEK 55 million and an additional purchase price of a maximum of SEK 62.5 million. Of the fixed part, approximately SEK 35 million will be paid in cash and SEK 20 million will be paid in the form of newly issued shares in VO2. Access took place on 7 October 2022.
