The offer was announced on April 19, 2022, before the stock exchange opened, and through the offer, shareholders in Randviken are offered a combination of shares in Stenhus Fastigheter and a cash consideration. Shareholders in Randviken, who together represent approximately 52.1 percent of the shares and votes in Randviken, have undertaken to accept the offer. The total value of the offer amounts to approximately SEK 2,714 million based on the closing price for Stenhus Fastigheter’s share as of April 14, 2022. The period to accept the offer is expected to begin around June 7, 2022 and end around July 5, 2022.
